Overall a comfy place for a solo traveler myself

The place was very basic, but good enough to have a good few nights stay. The location was very good. 7-11 just around the corner and the shopping area just a few minutes walk. Subway station as well, very convenient.

Those stairs haha but nothing but a good work out after having a full day of eating lol.

Great location and value for money.

Great location very near Myeongdong area. Availability of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, towels, plastics, cups etc..The owner was so kind that he even cooked kimchi with egg for us.

There's no elevator. We had a hard time bringing our luggages up to the 3rd floor.

Very Good

It was really value for money. You get a sleeping space with some floor heating, a TV, hairdryer, towels and breakfast at the pantry. At one point our hot water stopped running, I messaged the staff through the booking app and they came down to rectify the issue immediately even though it was really late at night.

You need to climb 4 storeys worth of stairs to get there. There are no staff on site to help you with luggage nor check you in, you have to do it yourself. Toilet was really run down with peeling paint and everything but at least everything works. The area is very quiet and quite a walk from the station. Some days I felt that my legs were going to give way when I had to make the long walk back and climb 4 storeys of stairs to make it back to my room. Probably just a problem with my fitness level though. Overall still would recommend because of the price.

A little tight but we were a couple wasn’t a big issue. No escalators be mindful when u carry big luggages. U will have to take it to level 3

I would recommend Well Plus Guesthouse to my friends and would come back in the future, but won’t bring too much luggage

I had a two night stay in Seoul, first time visiting South Korea. (1) excellent Location: close to where I wanted to visit: Myeongdong night market and Myeongdong Cathedral. (2) The guesthouse is clean and the neighborhood is safe. The mattress is very comfortable. (3) The price is decent for what was provided. Mr. Jun, the owner, allowed me to check in earlier than scheduled as the room was ready and I greatly appreciate of his kindness. (4) Mr. Jun cooked a delicious breakfast for me and a few other guests the next morning. He made us kimchi pancakes and a shin noodles, in addition to our bread and cereal with the Korean instant coffee.

The elevator did not work. The owner Mr. Jun was kind enough to send someone to assist me as I was struggling with the final floor up. But I had to take the luggage down by myself as I had an early checkout, and I happened to injure my wrist at the beginning of my trip which made it hard when the elevator is not operational.

small and warm place to hug you in the middle of busy Myeongdong district

The staff is EXTRA POLITE AND FRIENDLY! it has a common room full of bread, jam, and juice but I did not try as I always went outside in the early morning. The common room is quite decent. Don't be surprised but you can put your luggage first and leave it until your check-in, it is a free service but you need to be prepared because your luggage is stored in an open space. There will be no one will harm your luggage, it is trustable. The room is actually quite packed, 3 of us stayed in 1 room, so a bit stuffy but i cannot complain a lot since the price is fair. and it provides you with a sink inside the room and also a washbasin inside the bathroom. The place location is superb!. Near Myeongdong street, it is also near Ediya Cofee and Isaac Toast. Seven Eleven is just around the corner. If you come from the Incheon Airport just take the bus, very efficient, you will arrive near the inn.

the room is a bit smaller. The internet connection is so so, so just prepare with your own internet modem / e-sim.

Dont have lift, the guest house is on 3rs foor so its very difficult to move luggages.

Jun is a friendly and helpful owner. I would highly recommend a stay here! Kamsahamnida, Jun.

This guest house is located in a quiet area with easy access to Myeongdong tube station. There are many restaurants and pubs in the area, and if you like shopping, apart from the normal shops, there is also a night market. The room is small but cozy. There is a TV, aircon, a small fridge. Toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, towels and toilet paper are provided. Indoor sandals are also provided. The mattresses are comfortable. For breakfast, you can help yourself to everything from bread, cereal, ham, eggs, and sausages to coffee. Jun even cooked us a delicious traditional kimchi pancake for breakfast one morning.

Perhaps, the bedroom is a little small for 3 people as there is not much space for you to move about and also put your luggage.

Nice room,goob bed:)

Lucky day. my first time sleeping in a newly renovated bed. It is close to the station, and the facilities are new and super clean. The baby boss did a good job of recommending a trip.

The freight elevator is under repair. However, there is a message to contact you on the first floor. If you contact me, they come to pick up my luggage.

Cosy, friendly, great value!

Great location, clean, very comfortable bed, cosy room. The host was very helpful when I had to change my booking, and very friendly overall. He gave excellent directions so even jetlagged and tired I found it very easily . I will definitely stay here again!

Recommended place to stay when in Seoul!

The location is the best! Our room had a great view of Namsan Tower. We only had time to stay for 1 night and it was comfortable. We had a nice experience staying. The host was also very accomodating and helpful. If given the chance we would have stayed longer.

We had to carry the luggage to and from the 3rd floor where it is located. Not sure if there is an elevator (We were not able to ask if there is an elevator).

Super clean, comfortable, and the owner was super nice, super friendly, and super accomodating. Near Myeongdong train station and Namsan Tower. Even the night market and the beauty product stores are just at the other side of the street.
